Andrew's 100 Mile South Downs Way Wheelbarrow Walk

Andrew Nuttall is a long-term supporter of Maidstone Homeless Care, most recently as our volunteer gardener at Goodsell House.

This year he is generously giving up his time to fundraise for us, aiming to raise £5500 to celebrate his 55th birthday!

“Being a gardener it dawned on me that pushing a wheelbarrow was the way to go. In my barrow would be my home and contents for the duration of the challenge: a tent and sleeping bag; items many homeless people are all too familiar with.

And the 100-mile South Down’s Way Wheelbarrow Walk was born!
